Reporting a Bug or Technical Issue
If you experience a technical issue or find a bug in Sociera, you can report it to help improve the app.
1. Accessing the Report Issue Section
Open the Sociera app.
Tap your profile icon in the bottom-right corner.
Go to Settings > Report Issue.
2. Submitting a Bug Report
Tap Report Issue.
Select the category of the problem (e.g., App Crash, Login Issue, Performance, Other).
Provide a brief description of the issue, including steps to reproduce it.
Attach screenshots if applicable.
Tap Submit to send your report to Sociera’s support team.
3. Tracking Your Report
After submission, the support team will review your report.
You may receive a response or follow-up questions regarding the issue.
If a fix is available, it may be implemented in a future update.
Tips for Reporting Bugs Effectively
Be as detailed as possible – Describe exactly what happened and how to reproduce the issue.
Include your device details – Mention your phone model and operating system version.
Check for app updates – Some issues may already be fixed in the latest version.
Restart the app – Before reporting, try closing and reopening Sociera to see if the issue persists.
